If you want to know how to become more physically attractive, first look in a mirror. You’re more likely to be satisfied with your own appearance if you start eating right. It’s not just for vanity’s sake—you’ll have more energy and feel better about yourself.

Eating a poor diet filled with junk food might make you feel good in the moment but it will hurt your body and confidence long-term.

Understand that our bodies reflect what we fuel it with.

This is why many people who eat junk food constantly suffer from things like pimples, poor skin, poor hair quality and so on.

Whereas, people who eat healthy balanced diets, tend not to suffer from these problems.

So I do suggest you get yourself a note book and log everything you eat in a week and look at that for reflection.

See how much junk food you eat and how much healthy foods you eat, you might be surprised.

Eating healthy will certainly help you become more physically attractive because you would be giving your body all the protein, vitamins and minerals it needs to properly function.

When that happens, it may be worth looking into hiring a personal trainer until you get into better shape and feel more comfortable getting yourself off the couch and onto an elliptical machine for an hour at a time.

Being fit and healthy will benefit your overall health and physical appearance tremendously—but only if it becomes second nature over time.

Skimping on shut-eye will also leave you feeling groggy—and nobody wants to be around a grouch who looks haggard!

The best way to avoid these negative effects?

Make sure you’re prioritizing your ZZZ’s above all else so your body can take care of its most important processes first thing in the morning!

If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, make an appointment with your doctor or buy an herbal supplement like valerian root.

But make sure it works for you before using regularly, as some supplements might interact with other medications.

If possible, try to go to bed earlier than usual by turning off devices 30 minutes before hitting the sack.

Over-washing your hair will dry your hair out, which in return will make your hair brittle.

You should aim to wash your hair twice a week using a natural hair shampoo.

Natural hair shampoos will provide moisture and nutrients to your hair, making it healthier, hydrated and looked after.

Regular visits to your local barber are a must.

This will maintain good hair health and keep your hair style in good shape.

I personally visit my barber twice a month to keep my hair on point, something my wife finds attractive about me.

If you’re meeting someone for a first date, meeting your wife for dinner, having a nice scent on is one of those little things that go a long way.

I met my partner six years ago, we met at a local bar and I was wearing the mens one million, today I am still wearing that cologne.

I get many compliments from people, even strangers on smelling nice.

My point…have a signature cologne.

Don’t use different ones.

Find one that you like and stick to it (provided it is a nice one).

Just keep in mind that strong scents aren’t very appealing so try not to go overboard! Otherwise you might overpower others around you instead of just impressing them!
